We plan your arrival at our marina base to be as easy and trouble free as possible.
ON ARRIVAL Albatross charterers arrive by flight on a connecting flight form Puerto Rico or Miami or from European connections into either Pointe A Pitre, Guadeloupe or Fort De France, in Martinique. We offer, and suggest our courteous transfer services form the airport to our base. ( See transfer charges below) .
On arrival to our base, your yacht will be ready to board. Beds are made, linens & towels, provisions ordered are on board. Boarding is at 5:00 PM on the first day of your arrival.
CHECK IN FORMALITIES 
The day following your arrival, your skipper will receive the yacht's papers from our Base Manager and taken to Customs Clearance to check in the everyone who will be on the charter ( Customs hours are 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM ). You will then go over the yacht's inventory, technical check, and answers to any questions you may have. This normally takes 1/2 to 2 hours. When you are satisfied with the familiarization of the yacht, and payment of the Security Deposit, you are ready to sail off to your first destination island.
INSURANCE
Our yachts are fully insured, however a Refundable 4,600 EURO Security Deposit is required to cover the insurance deductible. If the yacht is returned with all equipment and with no damages to the yacht, the Refundable Deposit is fully refunded.
Alternately, you can choose to pay a non-refundable charge of 30 EURO per day and leave a Refundable Deposit of 765 EURO. If the yacht is returned with all equipment and with no damages to the yacht, the Refundable Deposit is fully refunded. The Non-Refundable charge is Not returned.
